2. The “Leo Patent” trade mark

“Leo Patent” is a trade mark registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office under no. 2024 063092 in class 45 (registration date: 16.12.2024; owner of record: Burak Ünal). The trade mark is used by Gordion Partners in providing trademark and patent attorney services. The Leo Patent trade mark has been in use since 2024. The registration can be verified on the TÜRKPATENT search page.

3. Professional information

Trademark and patent attorneyship is a profession regulated by Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Gordion Partners provides these services through the following attorneys entered in the register of industrial property attorneys kept by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT):
